How to choose
The question to ask is not only "which plan has the most features". It is: how much do you take through the platform each month? The commission is charged on those payments only; what a client pays directly at the studio is not concerned.
- Starter suits you when you are starting out, or when most payments still go direct. No subscription, no time limit.
- Pro pays for itself as soon as the commission saved exceeds the subscription — the difference is 5 percentage points of commission, so the €29.99 subscription is covered from €600 taken through the platform in the month (5% of €600 = €30).
- Premium is for studios where most payments go through the platform, and who want the boost in search results.
Piercers
Exactly the same plans, at the same prices. Piercing is not a second-class audience on KIPIK. The piercer space.
Payment fees
Payments go through Stripe. Its fees apply on top of the KIPIK commission, are passed on at Stripe's cost with no mark-up, and are shown separately before every payment, so you know exactly what you receive.

Instalments are offered to the client from €200, up to four payments. The minimum deposit on a quote is 30%. The exact fee is calculated at the time of payment.

Does the fourteen-day trial require a card?
No. No card is requested to start the trial.
Does the commission apply to payments received directly at the studio?
No. It only applies to payments taken through the platform.
Do clients pay anything?
Nothing. Search, booking, messaging, project listings: everything is free, with no in-app purchase.
Where do I subscribe?
On kipik.ink from your professional space, or on iPhone and iPad through in-app purchase on the App Store, at the same prices. A subscription is managed and cancelled through the channel where it was taken out.
