For visitors: know where to go, and who will be there
A convention is the chance to get tattooed by an artist who is never in your city. But you need to know they will be there. The KIPIK calendar lists events by month, with for each one the list of professionals attending — filterable by type, style and availability — and the option to book a slot with an artist straight from the event page.

For exhibitors: request a booth without a lost email
Today, booking a booth means an email, a reminder, a bank transfer, a contract attached somewhere you can no longer find. On KIPIK, the booth request is a flow:
- You request a booth from the convention page, with your documents attached — they are kept from one convention to the next.
- The organiser approves, and you are notified at every step.
- The contract is generated and signed electronically by both parties.
- You pay by card, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or Klarna, depending on what the organiser has enabled.
- Your calendar blocks itself on the dates, and your location temporarily becomes the convention's — clients in that city find you in search during the event.
For organisers: run the event from a dashboard
The organiser space brings together what usually takes three tools and a spreadsheet:
- Booth requests: the list of applications, pending, approved, declined, with each exhibitor's documents
- Contracts generated and signed electronically
- Booth payments: pricing set-up, collection, tracking
- Floor plan editor to place the booths
- Ticketing with QR code and sales statistics
- Marketing: promo codes, automatic reminders to exhibitors
- Real-time dashboard: revenue, booths, tickets, per event
Exhibitors who take part through KIPIK are automatically shown on the event's public page, linked to their profile — that is what brings visitors in.
