Frequently asked questions
Who can create a professional account?
Tattoo artists and piercers with a valid business identifier (SIRET in France, or the equivalent in your country), professional liability insurance and a hygiene training certificate. These three documents are checked before the "verified" badge is activated.
Do my clients have to install the app?
No. The quote, the deposit and the messaging work in the browser, from the link you send them. They can install the app if they want to.
Can I use KIPIK without taking payments through the platform?
Yes. The calendar, quotes, invoices and traceability work whether the client pays through KIPIK or directly at the studio. The commission only applies to payments taken through the platform.
