Software for piercers,
not tattoo software with one extra field

Piercing has its own objects: the area, the jewellery, the material, the check-up appointment, the jewellery change after healing. KIPIK handles them natively — and piercers get exactly the same plans as tattoo artists, at the same prices.

What is different when you pierce

A tattoo artist sells a project; a piercer sells a piercing, a piece of jewellery and a follow-up. Three things that generic software — and even tattoo software — flattens into a single "service" line. The result: the quote doesn't say which jewellery, the invoice doesn't separate the piercing from the sale, and nobody knows when the client should come back for the check-up.

The quote states the jewellery

Area, jewellery type, material, size, price of the piercing and price of the jewellery: the quote is explicit, signed electronically, and the client knows exactly what they are paying for. When they change their mind about the material, the quote is updated, not renegotiated by message.

The jewellery sale, separate from the piercing

It is a mixed transaction — a good and a service — and the electronic invoice must now say so. The quote separates the jewellery from the piercing from the start, which saves rebuilding the breakdown at invoicing time.

Healing follow-up

The project messaging holds the aftercare instructions, the reminder for the check-up appointment and, when the time comes, the offer to change the jewellery. The client doesn't look for the leaflet they lost; they have it in the app.

Traceability by jewellery

For each piercing: the jewellery, its material, its reference, the client, the date. The record builds itself and exports for an inspection. The obligations in detail.

Being found by the right people

On the client side, searching for a piercer on KIPIK does not go through the tattoo filters. It has its own: body area, jewellery type, material, distance, availability. A client looking for a titanium industrial within 20 km finds you if that is what you do — not a tattoo artist who "also does ears".

Your verified profile shows your hygiene protocol: it is often the first criterion when choosing a piercer, and it is yours that people see, not a generic promise.
